Recalls For Tyson, Chef Boyardee

Two major recalls to pass along to you this morning. The first comes from Tyson Foods recalling over two million pounds of breaded chicken, the other from Conagra Foods – Chef Boyardee for over 700,000 pounds of various spaghetti and meatball products.

The ready-to-eat breaded chicken was sold for institutional use and shipped across the US. The bread crumbs used may have milk in them and that was not noted on the label. For the Chef Boyardee products the problem is also with bread crumbs.

Hi all! I’ve found some fun, some weird and some downright delicious things for Ann Kelly’s Kitchen…and away we go!

Who doesn’t love a latte? This girl does, but the calories aren’t my favorite. But I’ve found a great way to enjoy on without all the fat and calories but keeping all that spicy flavor. My cookbooks have always been very precious to me because each one tells a story, many of them preserving memories and menus from days gone by. That’s why I find Peter Gethers new book “My Mother’s Kitchen: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and the Meaning of life” very precious.

Gethers wrote the book to celebrate the life of his mother Judy Gethers whose father owned a legendary Jewish kosher dairy restaurant called Ratner’s on the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
