If you love all things pumpkin, you love this time of year. If you don’t, see you in the spring! Just kidding but I’m pretty sure I sent the barista at Starbucks into a state of shock when I didn’t get overly excited about the Pumpkin Spice Latte being back. Just not in the mood, it was nothing personal. So yes, Starbucks has launched their fall favorite and even kicked that up a notch with their Chili Mocha and the Toasted Graham Latte.
Then there are the health benefits of pumpkin – not the canned filling – from The Daily Burn. I love the seeds toasted with sea salt, but did you know they can actually help you sleep? Here I thought it was that big Thanksgiving meal topped off with pumpkin pie. Make your own (like a pumpkin smoothie) and indulge at your favorite coffee shop.
