nehd_icon_color_2016This close to the holidays it’s so easy to slack a little on the healthy eating. So the American Heart Association would like to invite you to a healthy lunch to start November and pass along some tips to make it to the New Year and not have to make those weight loss resolutions. Lily Conrad, Communications Director for the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association Tampa Bay made a stop in Ann Kelly’s Kitchen to tell us more about National Eating Healthy Day, Wednesday, Nov. 2nd and how you can get free information packets as well.

To get a head  start on the day, and enjoy lunch courtesy of the American Heart Association, stop in Lykes Gaslight Park in downtown Tampa for free Subway sandwiches and apple on Tuesday, November 1st and have everything you need for National Eating Healthy Day! We’ll connect you with the Heart Association here, and please make sure to follow them on Facebook and Twitter!
