After I whipped this one up in Ann Kelly’s Kitchen yesterday I knew I had to share it with you. Honey Ginger Shrimp is very easy, and I suggest you toss in some fresh vegetables as well. I happened to have a lot of cherry tomatoes and they worked just fine. Personally I don’t like things too spicy so I cut back on the pepper flakes a little. This is a simple, healthy recipe that takes very little time, and is perfect for next-day leftover lunch. My thanks to AllRecipes for this very tasty addition to my recipe file.
