From Collision To Cannoli With Chef Marco

How does someone go from dreams of working in a collision shop to stuffing cannolis? With ease if you’re Chef Marco who will be in town for Festa Italiana in historic Ybor City. It’s a great story that goes very well with the kind of Italian foods that will be the highlight of the Festival. Chef Marco will highlight Galbani® cheese at the Festival, possibly reveal a secret or two and who know, he might bring you on stage to be his assistant.

 

 

I had the chance to talk with Chef Marco from less than warm and sunny Buffalo on a day when it was 75 and sunny here in Tampa Bay so you know he’s looking forward to coming down here. Who wouldn’t!
