I took Ann Kelly’s Kitchen on the road to meet the new chef in Maestro’s Kitchen. Chef Edward Steinhoff has created a delicious Shrimp Ceviche for the evening and it’s a refreshing choice to start the night off with. Not too spicy with a lovely citrus blend and a nice crunch from the onions and peppers. I’m happy to share our behind the scenes look with you, and I’ll be even happier if you join me at the Straz.
